About BI Academy

The BI Academy was initialy funded in 2015 by a German federal state foundation (Landesstiftung Baden-Württemberg) in order to enable students to get a better understanding about Business Analytics. The BI Academy is legaly hosted at the Stuttgart Media University (Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart). We are a non-profit state university.

We provide free access for universities to a Microsoft SQL Server database with actual data about a bicycle company and hands-ons labs about various topics from Business Intelligence.
